This is the 65" flat LCD with LED back lighting and HDMI 2.0 connectivity.

Estimated sale date is April 6th, 2014. The pre-order price is $3,799.99. The MSRP is $4,999.99, this represents a 24% discount from day one of availability. The Samsung UPP (Unilateral Pricing Policy) seems to be a failure out of the gate for 2014.We can only hope this means that 2014 will be a good year for cheaper 4K TVs.

This TV does not have true full array local dimming back lighting. It's just the normal edge lit back light with some software to mimic true full array local dimming as seen on the 2014 SONY 4K 950B series TVs.

NTFS vs exFAT on USB 3.0
